We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Parts Advisor to join our growing team and contribute to the success of the dealership. If you have experience of working in the automotive industry as a Parts Advisor, we can provide excellent training to develop your skillset.

It is an exciting time to join the Porsche brand with electric, plug in hybrid and sports car technology going from strength to strength. The ideal candidate will bring positivity, possess the desire to learn, a passion for cars and be a great communicator with both customers and colleagues. They will also be a highly organised individual who appreciates that detail is everything and embraces the values of both the Dick Lovett Group and Porsche Brand. Both dealership and manufacturer training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be supporting all aspects of a busy Parts Department including:

  • Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
  • Ensuring all parts are correctly checked against delivery notes, that they are stored accordingly and that all orders are checked before delivery note is signed.
  • Ensuring phones are answered quickly and professionally.
  • Ensuring that the Service Department requirements are dealt with accurately and information is passed on as comprehensively as possible.
  • Supporting our Technicians.
  • Maintaining the department's cleanliness and housekeeping.
  • Assisting in stock checks and preparing deliveries
  • Packing and loading Parts correctly.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in a Parts department in a franchised dealership
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Kerridge
