The Taycan is already making an impression in the world of Porsche and is constantly making its own headlines, so is it time to consider the first all-electric Porsche as your next car in 2021?
The Taycan recently entered the Guinness World Records™ for the longest drift with an electric vehicle at the Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) Hockenheimring. Delivering an impressive 210 laps on the 200 metre-long drift circle without the front wheels ever pointing in the same direction as the curve: after 55 minutes the sideways expert had covered a total of 42.171 kilometres.
Aside from breaking World Records, the first all-electric Porsche has also been catching people’s eye with the new selection of colours to choose from. In 2021 you will be able to choose from seven new exterior colours: Mahogany Metallic, Frozenberry Metallic, Cherry Metallic, Coffee Beige Metallic, Chalk, Neptune Blue and Ice Grey Metallic. So if you have been thinking about how to configure yours, you now have more choice than ever.
In the brand new Taycan, drivers can enjoy the benefits of the unique collaboration between Porsche and Apple. You can stream 70 million songs ad-free with Apple Music, enjoy effortless podcast listening, stream exclusive Porsche Playlists, such as "Soul, Electrified” from Porsche, all while using the Porsche Voice Assistant to control your sounds.

*Data determined in accordance with the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP) as required by law. You can find more information on WLTP at www.porsche.com/wltp . For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) range and Equivalent All Electric Range (EAER) figures are determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel.
Values are provided for comparison only. To the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car.
